I used them 2 x and they stopped working

I bought 2 cold sparks from you guys but I am regretting as 1 will not even power on while other throws heated sparks instead of cold. 1 star rating as you did not test your product before shipping it.

Hello, I am writing to notify you that approximately two months ago I purchased four of these machines for an event for my daughter. When I went to use them, one of the machines — the one with the serial number shown in the attached photo — did not turn on properly. The unit has power, but the screen does not turn on and the machine is not functioning. I would like to know if this product is still under warranty and if it can be repaired or replaced. These came broken they did not work and I am having a very difficult time getting a refund. They offered me half my money back for a product that never worked.

Première utilisation. La quantité d’étincelle n’est pas énorme mais elle est satisfaisante au vu du prix d’achat. Deuxième utilisation en plein spectacle, une sur deux nous lâche ça fait très moyen, nous sommes déçus.

I bought two cold spark machines and only one works. I have been trying to reach the company to let them know the machine doesn’t even turn on. Can I please replace it or send me my money? I have not been able to reach nobody. They have a phone number that nobody answers. They say they’ll get back to you and don’t. I am still trying to reach them.

This company is a total scam. Do not buy any products from them. I bought the cold spark machines which do not work. And, they won't take them back. They keep telling me to watch videos and send videos. Such a waste of time and waste of money. I will work with my credit card company and start a dispute. Horrible horrible company!!

Received the item not working out of box, does not power on one of two units the other works fine but customer service is nonexistent chat feature not functioning and customer service phone number online is constantly busy no answering service. Product has loose items inside you can hear when moving it.
