I bought two cold spark machines and only one works. I have been trying to reach the company to let them know the machine doesn’t even turn on. Can I please replace it or send me my money? I have not been able to reach nobody. They have a phone number that nobody answers. They say they’ll get back to you and don’t. I am still trying to reach them.

This company is a total scam. Do not buy any products from them. I bought the cold spark machines which do not work. And, they won't take them back. They keep telling me to watch videos and send videos. Such a waste of time and waste of money. I will work with my credit card company and start a dispute. Horrible horrible company!!

Received the item not working out of box, does not power on one of two units the other works fine but customer service is nonexistent chat feature not functioning and customer service phone number online is constantly busy no answering service.
Product has loose items inside you can hear when moving it.
