I haven’t used this yet but based on the quality of shipping, the weight, and sturdiness of the machine, I can tell it’s built well. No damage during shipping. Came on a pallet wrapped up. Should work great in my cafe

The Ice maker works great. It makes ice quickly, and the storage bin holds a good amount of ice. I do have to break the sheets of ice apart to make cubes, but that is not a big issue to me. The control panel is a little confusing. I wish the instructions were less confusing also. With all that being said, I would recommend this ice maker to anyone.
