CB Ice machine Buyer
We purchased this unit as a source for recreational ice - an occasional cooler filler, drinks and such. The machine hooked up easily and functioned as advertised for about 2 months. The water supply is filtered and the water source is domestic (from a municipal water company). Unfortunately, it simply stopped making ice. We unplugged it and will report the failure to Vevor. We have purchased several products and are happy with their performance.

We bought this for our food trailer and it does not appear to be damaged. Customer service has tried to walk us through the steps to use it but all in all, it has never made a cube of ice and just shoots water out in the floor.
I'm working to get a refund but at this point it is a very expense piece of garbage.

Dwayne bad quality ice maker
purchased in April 2025 and unit stop working april 2026. compressor making loud noise, not cold at all, unit tripped after 20-30 minutes running. Called HVAC tech to service but they do not carry the parts this unit use. Contacted Vevor and try to see the issue but just wasting time. my restaurant need reliable ice maker. Not recommend at all !!! save your time and money.

Didn’t work from day 1. Never got help to fix it or get replaced or get refund. Vevor expects buyer to be professional technician, ask s to send complicated videos and troubleshooting on equipment.

LIM NO SIRVE LA MAQUINA

Es una pena que llevo mas de dos meses esperando tener respuesta favorable sobre mi reembolso del articulo ya que JAMAS funcionó. No conforme con eso, eh solicitado ayuda y solo me resolvieron enviarme una pieza que a decir del asesor llegaría en aprox 12 días a lo cual ya ha pasado mas de un mes y aun no se mueve del punto inicial. Me cerraron los tickets de seguimiento y ahora es mas difícil comunicarme con el equipo de postventa. Sin duda no volvería a comprar ni de chiste equipos aquí y aunque entiendo que el equipo que adquirí no es muy caro, por lo menos esperaba que fuera funcional.

This Ice machine looks bigger than what it really is, if you're looking for something to get a lot of ice from, I do not recommend this unit. Maybe if you owned a small bar, i might be ok. Not what I was expecting.
