Was not notified of delivery and missed first-time delivery and had to wait another day also the unit was damaged with dents and could not wait for another unit so I installed it. It works good but wish it was not damaged.

Everything works as advertised. But, it does not hold 30 lbs of ice unless your stacking neatly. Biggest issue is doorway is so small it's difficult to scoop and bag ice. Other than that, it does a good job so far.

I got this because it's small. I love the size for my environment. But with the smaller size came poor insulation and not hard ice like the bigger unit. This means faster and more water draining than the larger unit. It makes ice fast. But it doesn't have a longer enough I've setting that compares to the larger unit I own.

Ice maker makes ice very well. the issue i have is the ice melts fairly fast in the storage area. i think it needs thicker insulation to help hold ice longer, that would help with having to constantly produce ice all time.

Acheté en août 2026. Fonctionne ,mais : les glacons sont minuscule,et impossible d'avoir des glacons plein,résultat dans les verres ils ne tiennent que quelques minutes " même avec de l'eau fraiche" cijavais pas jeté par mégarde l'emballage j'aurais retourné la machine. Regret. Pourtant d'habitude ,suis content des produits Vevor.

La mise en route et réservé aux bon bricoleur car elle était en panne du à de mauvaise fixation. Du coup trouver la panne sur un matériel jamais utilisé a été compliqué cependant il existe plusieur tuto sur le site qui permettent de mieux comprendre le fonctionnement de l appareil. Sans ça on aurait dû le renvoyer.

Works great but had a big dent in the side of it

On the inside of the unit where the drain plug connects to the machine there is an annoying amount of water dripping out onto my floor. I’ve verified that the connection is not faulty or that there are no cracks at the point of connection. No issues there. For some reason it’s just leaking no matter what I try. I’m not gonna start taking it apart and then void whatever warranty it has. I sent Vevor the evidence to the website they wanted me to use, which wasn’t even their website it was so third party. I’m not happy with this process.

Ice hopper much smaller than stated. I would say holds 5lb ice no more than 8lb ice. See picture of cooler of a full hopper of ice 8inch X 14inch cooler . Size ice hopper way overstated
