Bought this for our many outings that we need ice and it quit pumping water within a day! I was very excited at first when it started producing ice to then be brought back down to earth! Maybe my worst purchase ever!

I bought this machine when delivered it was not what the picture looks like it is to small and I cannot use for my business I couldn’t find a phone number to call them so I sent a chat to do a return. They said they have hassle free return but I’m getting no where with them . Please do not buy from Vevor or any of their products it’s customer no service you will loose your money. They responded with the same email over and over again they , they sent a link when you cannot open because they want you to give up. I’m a 2 people operation business trying to make it . I don’t have the extra cash for another machine. God don’t sleep .this is supposed to be a big company stealing from us. Please buy from company that have phones no who will not give you the run around to do a return after you spend your hard earn money with them.

Installed ice machine and it doesent make ice. Doesent work. So i think this is wery bad quality😓

Vevor is not honest with their product. They referenced it works with bottled water, this is not true as their customer support is well aware of. The unit is garbage and cannot be installed. Does not work. And Vevor has not provided any assistance. If you need an ice maker buy elsewhere

Malheureusement mauvaise experience: machine arrivée endommagée lié au transport et une partie de l'affichage (led) n'est pas fonctionnel, A part discuter,demander des photos, et me demande de démonter les machine pour essayer de réparer moi même, aucune solution de proposée depuis 2 semaines par le service après vente et commercial de VEVOR. Très déçu, je ne recommanderai pas

I purchased this ice machine for our home. When I received it I set it up according to the book. The machine would come on and run but not cool. I went through every step in the book and still the water doesn't even begin to cool. That's the good part of the story. I mean I get it sometime electronic things don't work. Im fine with that. Just send me one that does. So I contacted vevor that night through their little AI chat, wich is a complete joke! It took one week to get a response out of the vevor support team. They wanted me to hire a repairman to fix it! Absolutely not! Im not hiring a repairman to fix a brand new ice machine that was dead on arrival. So now I've filed a dispute through pay pal and have not got a resolution yet. Long story short DO NOT ORDER THROUGH VEVOR!
