Het apparaat doet zijn ding maar verwacht er niet te veel van. Opwarmen duurt vrij lang. Het openen en sluiten gaat lastig als je genoeg druk op de t-shirts wil hebben. Display doet soms niet, dan moet ik hem aan en uit zettend De temperatuur komt ook niet overeen met de temperatuur wat het display aan geeft

No compréis la máquina es una mierda, los transportistas que tiene contratados de ecomer es DHL, llego tarde y encima no funciona . 4 días ha funcionado y ahora pone 350 de temperatura y 30 segundos se ha recalentado y no funcionan los botones ninguno …. La peor empresa que he visto es una basura . Me van a devolver el dinero o me dan una nueva os lo aseguro…

My husband purchased a wire stripper and was satisfied with the product. I decided to try ordering this heat press. While heating up quickly, the description states it will heat to over 480 degrees, and the one I purchased will not hear past about 385 degrees. The temps fluctuates all over the place, dropping quickly to a much lower temp and then not heating to the set temperature. I am not happy with the device at all and will be returning to purchase elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY VEVOR. Came dented and cracked even tho packaging had no damage. it was purposefully boxed up damaged and sent out. Paid for the insurance, that covers nothing! Customer service is not helpful. Expecting Customer to ship and/or repair the machines themselves is absolutely absurd. I was offered to pay to ship it back and wait for them to decide if I will be refunded or contact tech support to get new parts shipped for me to replace myself. Voiding any and all warranty on the equipment. Wish I would have saved my $300 bucks and stuck with my press from temu that cost me $45 and has last 4 years. I have nothing good to say about this company. IF an actual resolution is reached I will update this. But until then I will be making sure everyone knows how terrible this has been.

Not working as it should! It is about 40 Celsius degrees (100F degrees) lower than displayed. Had to ruin my tshirts and designs until I figured out what is the issue

Heat Press wouldn't maintain a steady temp right out of the box. Fluctuated 20 degrees up and down. Their solution was to give me a 50.00 credit and keep the press.

Der Kundenservice meldet sich mit KI / Standartanworten zurück. Der Kundenservice gibt uns keine Antwort wohin wir die Ware zurück senden können, damit wir unser Geld zurück erhalten! Dieser Kundenservice ist nicht zu empfehlen!
