It's a great starter tank but will require replacing the resin every 2 weeks if your average water quality is averaging around 400ppm. Comes with everything you need but if your water quality isn't around 200ppm, I'd recommend getting this to start and saving up for a cheap 3 stage or 4 stage Ro/Di pure water system. They're a lot more reliable for areas with high water.

didn’t even have chance to complete setup as after installing wheels on cart it won’t stand straight or level at all. just don’t understand how it passed QA check. why are we wasting time by allowing defect to be shipped out?

Jammer genoeg is dit toestel defect toegekomen, de zogenaamde bovenste distrubutiekorf bleek gebarsten ( zie foto's in bijlage ) waardoor eveneens al de hars is weggespoeld . Ik heb een garantie claim ingediend en we wachten nu hoe VEVOR support dienst dit gaat oplossen. Als er een oplossing komt van de VEVOR klantendienst zal ik een nieuwe recensie schrijven.

Would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. This product leaks in the process of sending it back. I think it's the seals on the filters. Have tried to reach out to customer service, and there is none. Very frustrating!

I received the DI system promptly and while assembling I noticed that both centering rings where broken. The centering rings are mode out of cheap plastic with small tabs to keep the filters centered in the filter housing, The DI system is unusable as is due to not being able to keep the filters centered.

I received product promptly, upon opening package and installing product found that there was broken pieces, I contacted support and got one quick response wanting pictures. I sent multiple pictures and detailed description of what part was broken, and after I set that I have not gotten a response from support. I went on to the live chat received response from there promptly every time but nothing from support been a week of nothing from support. I’m sure the product would be a great amazing product but I cannot use it being that it came broken.

This thing is horrible! I couldnt get it below 30 ppm with my water. Unfiltered my water was 130 ppm, much better than many places in the US. I ran my water thew a carbon fiter first and then threw this and it didnt make a difference. I tried to use it anyway because 30 is still better than 130ppm, and thw filters were completely spent after only 50ish gallons of water, I have a guage that tells me how much water is used. I definitely dont recommend it. Vevor was kind enough to refund my money but it took multiple emails back and forth over close to 2 weeks in time.
