Not received tool was sent to wrong address unknown reason item was refunded

At best confusing. It may work but the included largest bit was 12mm, not 1/2 inch. I have no idea what it means by 1 and 1/4 inch SDS. Other smaller ones have the same bits. I may update this review after buying larger bits. Stand by.

THE SDS MAX FLOOR SCRAPER IS BROKEN, IF YOU WANT I CAN RETURN TO GET A NEW ONE

This 1 9/16 rotary hammer drill looks pretty good, I had a problem in that the drill bit that was supposed to be in with the tool wasn't there. I had a bad time communicating with customer support and got very frustrated, I was going to cancel my account, BUT after a bunch of attempts to get it through to them I didn't recieve the drill bit and without a resolution I was fed up and I would just return the item for a refund. Then I was unable to complete a return item, then I had had it and told them They had just lost a customer over the lack of customer support, well they responded back with apologies, with an offer of sending another tool, or refund the purchase, and I just keep the tool, I sure don't need 2 tools I can't seem to get bits for, and they refunded my money making me whole. I don't know if I'll get any use out of it, but I do believe I'll keep my account, and continue to do business with VEVOR . Hopefully they can make improvements to the customer support site, and maybe if I have issues in the future we will be able to work them out more amicably for both parties. As it is they didn't lose a customer over this, it just seems there is a communication breakdown. I would have just assumed been able to get the bit I was supposed to have, and been able to source other bits for that tool, but as of now I am whole, and I may even get some use out of the tool, as of now time will only tell.

Small jobs is ok not for big jobs

I think the drill has really good power, but the fit and finish could use some work. The SDS chuck locking mechanism needs some work after applying a bunch of lubricant and really forcing in the bit, I was able to get it to lock in. The calibration of the pin that lock the bits in could use some work

Little.jackhammer back in February either. I see now rhat i research. That it was paid for but no delivery

Great drill if the bit would stay in. The chuck does not work. The drill came like this out of the package.

Drill has a selector for 3 features: Drill, hammer and hammer drill. It is very misleading since the drill feature is not functional. This is very bad, since core bits cannot be used, and you are forced to work in the noisy setting. Very disappointing
