I am so disappointed in this pressure washer. It’s like something that a little child would use. I had no idea that it was gonna be so poor and you can’t put a different handle on it because the hoses are only specific to that pressure wand . When you go to pull the hose, it pulls the whole pressure washer over so you gotta constantly go back-and-forth to keep it upright and that’s only having it for running for a couple of minutes. I’m a tall person and I need a longer wand and that wand is so short you gotta be hunched over. I would need an extra foot on the handle just so it would be comfortable. there’s no way to take it down to the hydraulic shop to get them to put a compression coupling on there for me on the hose so I can replace it with a proper hose and wand.

This has nothing to do with the product quality but more so vevor. I ordered this electric pressure washer for $69. Said it shipped out but never arrived. It was "lost in transit". I made a complaint with vevor and they wouldn't ship another but instead refunded my money. They said I could reorder if I still wanted it. Well now the price is $105 for the same thing. Sounds like vevor didnt like that i somehow bought it for cheap. I won't be reordering unless the price drops again.

Es publicidad engañosa, NO LO COMPRE, en las características dice 4500 psi y llega una maquina que en la etiqueta dice que tiene un max de 2000 psi y no quieren reconocer su error. PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA

This machine is trash do not buy. On top of that when you try to get a refund they will just ask you the same question over and over and never issue the refund.

Tried to get a warranty report when outlet hose failed after second use. As of today and about 6emails it's still broken.

Vevor used to sell quality but this is a real piece of junk. Very tiny unit that doesn't stand on its own as well the quality is so poor that the hose twisted on itself and then blew up on the third time using it. PURE GARBAGE!!

I never received my order, could never speak to anyone, tried through whatsapp and it was useless. Had to dispute the charge with my bank for fraud. Will be filing a complaint as well with the BBB and AG.
