This machine works great, but don't get it wet. Also, 4500 psi is the ratings for the hose onoy. The actual output is only 1600 psi. The machine to move water, you can't get wet. There's no GFCI installed, and the pressure washer got wet and died. It lived for 6 hours. I took it to the dump today, after this company denied the supply ticket. Costco and harbor freight have better models with better warranty.

Worked ok the first 4 times I used it attempted to use it the 5th time and won't do anything has bith power and water but trigger pull does nothing. Also don't believe it is 4500 psi

Very dissapointed. I purchaced power washer 1 year ago and used it only 1 time. This year I started to use it second time and it was pressure on the beginning and now it not making pressure even close to 4500 psi. My turbo nozzle not turning to clean concrete at all. I wish I could return this peace of junk back. I tried different nozzles what I kno2w worked great and the same bad result.

I was very disappointed with this pressure washer. It was advertised as producing 4,500 PSI, but it never came close to that level of pressure. Even on tough cleaning jobs, the performance was weak and underwhelming. I bought it expecting professional-grade power, but it didn’t deliver what was promised. If you’re looking for a true 4,500 PSI pressure washer, I would recommend looking at other options.

I received this on 5/29 and had problems 10 minutes after start up. The unit would not turn off immediately releasing the trigger. Now it doesn't turn off at and trips the breaker in my house. There's a smell of burnt electric wiring. The 4500psi is nowhere near that rating. I'm very disappointed in this item. I would like a refund because there's no reason for this item to fail this soon.

This product failed the second time. I used it after 10 minutes. I am currently trying to get a replacement or refund and find that to be very difficult. They first offered me half the price to get it fixed. I have told them I don’t have a place nor do I want to try to get it fixed I want a new one or just a full refund and they have repeatedly just sent me to a different person or AI to respond to my messages. Very difficult to try to return anything.

This is the last thing i'll ever buy from Vevor. I've made 4 major tool purchases and all have had some sort of issue. This one worked great for a few months, then one day water starts coming out from all parts of the wand. Something internal has cracked or a seal has blown. I took it apart to identify the issue and see no obvious sign of an issue. There were a couple spare o-rings in the kit, but none for the internals of the wand. It's junk now.

This is what I call a kids water gun. If I knew I would never have bought it. Horrible.

I bought this pressure washer because it was advertised as 4500 psi and when it delivered it was 2000 psi at best turned up all the way. I didn’t need another 2000 psi so I tried to get a return issued. After going back and forth for days to get a return, they kept offering a partial refund instead of a return. After days of going back and forth I just accepted the partial refund because I tired of trying to return it. If you purchase something that is not what it was advertised as a return should be easy. I don’t buy a specific tool to just accept whatever is sent to me. It’s just wrong. The pressure washer does what it is supposed to do just not what I ordered
