Easy to install and works great transferring heat from one room to another.

I installed the fan between the basement and my garage. The basement heating is a very efficient heat pump while the garage uses a 4000W ceiling forced air heater. Since I installed this heat exchange fan the ceiling heater practically never runs and I don’t notice a major change in the cycles of the heat pump. I am convinced that this will save a good amount of electricity and I have gained in comfort. This item is very well thought and made with all the features you can think of.

Great product. Works well and the price was very reasonable.

Moves lots of air

Works as advertised. Seems to be a solid product. Only gripe is the fans at max speed can get quite loud, but you can easily lower the speed to still get air flow without the noise. Overall happy with the purchase, but due to the noise, I consider about a 6 out of the 10 speed options to be the actual usable max speed, but that seems to move plenty of air for my purposes.

It's exactly as advertised. Built sturdy and blows good. Easy to install.

I used this as a through-floor vent to pull heat from our pellet stove in the basement to our upstairs. It worked perfectly. It moves enough air that i thought something was wrong with our pellet stove because the basement wasn't nearly as hot as it used to be whenever we ran it, but it was just the difference of the vent pulling all the hot air upstairs. Some things to note: 1. You just need a phillips head screw driver to flip the fans around in whatever direction you need them. Its very easy, but as far as I can tell, there is no option to change the spin of the fans via the settings/remote. 2. the 10th setting is loud, like a PC thats overheating, but that should be expected when trying to move 300CFM with essentailly two large computer fans. I leave mine on level 6 and have to stop and get close to the fan to even notice its running. There is a significant step up in noise from 8 to 10. 3. There is no "manual" setting for the fan. While the temperature trigger is convenient, it is the only option for running the fan. It would be nice just to have a regular "on/off" setting. 4. I sometimes have difficulty getting it to read the temp correctly (i think this is due to my specific application) so it can take alot longer to kick on then I'd like. This isn't always an issue, but if the house is particularly cold and I want the fans to start working right away, i have to turn the temperature trigger down until it starts. All this to say it works great and I'm purchasing a second one to install in my other floor vent.

It does the job as described, but less noise and more airflow would certainly be appreciated for an indoor fan of this type. Great value compared to others I’ve found though, and it works.

I believe I received a return or an open box. There were no screws or user manual included despite what the specs say online. Temp based controls aren't clear. It's too loud to sleep with it on above 5. 10 sounds like an airplane taking off.

I have not had much time to use it, i've actually just turned it on to test to make sure it works, so i cant say much about it's performance or reliability.
