Doesn't seem to move any air

IS IT POSSIBLE FOR BOTH FANS TO BLOW WIND IN THE SAME DIRECTON?

Makes to much noise to be very useful

I recently installed a single head mini split in my home with the indoor unit in the living room. A fan like this fills the bill to circulate the air into the bedroom. I reversed one fan so they both blow the same direction. The potential flaw- The power supply circuit board was making contact with the metal housing on the mains half of the board. The silicon shmoo they covered it with had enough gaps that might have allowed a short to the housing. I added a spacer to its mounting screw I made from a plastic wall anchor to elevate it away from the metal. I will likely buy another to circulate air into my hobby room, but will alleviate the inadequate (in my opinion) spacing of the power supply to the housing.
