Some time ago I purchased the smaller version of this jack, which worked very well, with some limitations. The smaller jack (6000) has a fixed handle and hangs up on the body of the car occasionally, depending on how far the jack is inserted under the vehicle. The larger jack (11000), with the movable handle does not do this. The smaller jack is lighter to move, the bigger one is heavier. The smaller jack picks up any two in line wheels of my Jetta or the Rav4 without issue, but does not pick up the wheels on my 2005 F350 with the 6.0 diesel. The larger jack does, and will pick up both front wheels at the same time, without issue.
If there is something to be critical about on the 11000 lb jack it would be that the bolt ring around the top is not very accurate and the Allen head bolts have misalignment with the holes they thread into.
I used the 11000 lb jack to lift a Clark forklift when the front tire needed to be removed for some work. The jack lifted the side of the forklift without issue so the supports could be placed. Forklifts are HEAVY and I was pleasantly surprised that it lifted easily.
Overall either of these jacks work very well, are stable and are quick and easy to use. They cut my tire changeover time to a few minutes.
REMEMBER: DO NOT rely on this jack if you are going to work under a car! USE JACK STANDS or other suitable safety supports. Without supports you may not get a chance to learn from your mistakes!
