Missing 2 bolts and 2 locking screws out of the 8 bolts and screws that secure the handle to the auger Did a chat with one of your reps and he just asked the same question over and over which I answered each time. Would love to use this but waiting on the screws to put it together

I was a bit disappointed in this tool, The motor and drive system worked well the auger leaves a lot to be desired. Vevor did everything they could to make it rite but If I could have spoken to one of there design engineers the problem could be fixed without much tooling cost and making the tool a much longer lasting product. I will be changing the auger point on the new one before the next use. Again Thank you Vevor for taking care of me with fast replacement!

I get box it look closed and taped but where is handle it was tare off. When I open it it was parts all over it and can’t put it together.

Took about a million pulls to start each time. So much so that the pull cable broke and after taking it out and fixing it twice it keeps getting screwed up because the plastic has worn out from how many times I’ve pulled the cord to start it three times

If this is anything like rhe 20" 63cc chain saw i purched that will not run then i will tell people to stay away from you store !!!!

There are two welded blades at the tip of the supplied auger. The welds are very weak tacks and broke the very first time I used the machine. Vevor Customer Service would not take any responsibility and refused to provide any warranty help, saying that The auger was a consumable not covered by the warranty.

I assembled the 50cc Vevor auger, pulled the starter and absolutely nothing happened. It's too late to return, so I am left with this and no post holes-lesson learned!

Over all nice at first glance. This thing doesn't have the power to dig a hole. After the first 6-10inches it bogs down, doesn't dig anymore.

The Auger may actually be pretty good. If you're ordering it, I hope you get it. I DID NOT. I received two outside light assemblies and when I contacted VEVOR, they refused to take it back asking for pictures after I sent three that showed the box label that showed what it was, the shipping label which matched theirs, and another that had information directly on the box. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company because VEVOR refuses to make this right. I wanted to return the item and get the one I ordered and they're stuck in some sort of loop asking me to peel the shipping label back to they can see the part number which is actually visible behind the shipping label. Flip the picture upside down and zoom and THERE IT IS. I will not do business with this company again. Maybe you'll get yours, maybe you'll get something totally different. Poor customer service.

Couldn't get it started out of the box. Took to a small engine mechanic and he found a crack in the manifold. I had to order another online and waiting to see if it will start.
