Product arrived defective and so far customer service has failed to help at all. This piece of equipment was easy to put together but unfortunately it was manufactured poorly. The wire that connects the trigger( for acceleration) to the motor is too long so when the trigger is pulled , nothing happens

We purchased the post hole digger and when we received it the box was damaged which caused the cover to be cracked/damaged - reached out to Vevor customer service by email as that is the only way you can “talk” to anyone, what I thought was the final resolve Vevor was sending us a replacement cover - here we are 3 weeks in and the only thing I am getting is emails asking to send an amount for compensation, no longer offering to send cover and will not respond as to why this is no longer an option. I just make this post to say be cautious in the event that you have to deal with customer service.

Junk fired up and it was wide open without my hand on the throttle and grabbed my pants and before I new it we were both on the ground my legs got twisted up like a twisler I was fighting for my life to hit the kill switch

Post hole auger damaged and not working sent video and I was left spinning in the wind for 4 days now without a return label or an exchange item. Will accept smaller auger with rebate if bigger one not available. Vevor returns are an adventure. Already sent video to a Nichole on Vevor chat function

The engine starts and revs normally, but the auger does not rotate. It only accelerates and does not transfer power. There is a strong burning smell, similar to burnt brake or clutch material. The unit is not functioning properly and I am requesting warranty service.

Arrived damaged and cant crank it to operate. I'll be glad to amend review depending on speed and quality of customer service. As of now, it is junk. Not my typical experience with Vevor.

The item arrived damaged. The throttle trigger was broken off. I am currently on week 2 of trying to get my money back and return this crap and they keep giving me the run around. Do yourself a favor and buy an American product. They dont have a live customer service or phone number so everything is done via email messages. It's not worth the money.

Auger came later than estimated on website (or would have purchased somewhere else). Ran for 1 minute before engine seized. Attempted to get a refund for purchase through Vevor but I'm not getting any response as the automated system has indicated. 24 hours to get an automated response that says to wait up to another 48 hours. Now waiting several days and nothing. Buyer beware.

Used it twice and now it will run but the auger won’t turn. That’s a pretty expensive use basically one use for 5 minutes. Won’t be replacing it

Auger did well on the first few holes. But then the shaft locked up and would not turn and would not crank. Requested a refund.
