A little tedious to put together, but it's sturdy and handles a lot of weight (I have rack mount batteries in mine) and wheels nicely.

Gemakkelijk in elkaar te zetten en op maat te maken, ruim voldoende extra bevestigingsmaterialen mee geleverd. Staat stevig op de wielen!

Will buy from them from now on and try and skip Amazon and other because I love the quality I get from Vevor

Muy buen material y aguanta mucho peso, viene con algunas partes ya armadas. Se necesita fuerza or herramienta eléctrica para terminar de armar. Las ruedas son buenas pero no para mucho peso. Lo más importante la calidad del material.

This was quite easy to assemble. It's strong. The wheels are good for normal floors/carpets. I swapped for larger wheels and a wood bottom to close it in. The trays have the front lip going upwards, so it blocks some devices. I tried to put the tray upside down but it blocked too many screw holes. A+ product. A+ support.

Seemed like a good purchase for the price, but after assembling 99% of the rack (which was no easy feat due to the limited and vague instructions), the last threading on the base was defective and the caster would not screw into the base. I contacted customer service and they were supposed to send me a new part (which was semi-frustrating as I would have to disassemble half of the rack to reinstall), but apparently the replacement part got lost in shipping. Customer service informed me and opted to refund me $20 so that I could go somewhere locally and find a part for it. Unfortunately I don’t have the time or desire to put in the extra effort, so now I have a $25 rack that is missing a caster on one side…I will say that customer service was prompt and responsive, but wish they would have just sent me a new item instead of partially refunding me and leaving me to my own devices with an non-functioning product.

I received the item on time and was eager to assemble it. That’s when figured nuts and bolts are missing. Without washing any time I tried to contact support and surprised to know that there is no phone support and then created a ticket and ticket support response needs 48 hours and every time I was asked to send pictures of the product and package. I did all still no resolution.. the vevor support process is not up to the mark .. I am thinking of returning it and get the refund..
