Very heavy duty construction and cable, puts my previous Morec charger to shame! Ramped up to full 40a charge rate within about 15 seconds of plugging it in. Haven’t used any of the smart features or app for the charger, I just use my Ford Lightning phone app to tell the charger when to start and finish.

This charger is very good. Easy to install and portable when necessary. Only one complaint. The application is limited. You can not see percentage of charge. You have to guess when car is charged to 80%(my preference). Other than that, it works like a charm.

Wow less than 48 hrs at the door and post man handed to me. Check contents and seems in good shape will plug it in next week for install. This company has there act together not like some other foreign companies. Upgraded the E.V. charger at a great price will let u know how the install goes....

Product works well. However the thick rubber coating covering the cables has separated from the charger box on both top and bottom. I wrapped both ends in black duct tape to secure against the box to ensure no future problems.

The device is OK but the app for it is worthless, so I would pass on this device for one that has its own integrated app instead of having to use a generic app that doesn't do what it should do. The app doesn't log the amount of power used per vehicle and other monitor logging that one would expect it should do.

It will not work on every EV car. Asked for costumer assistant but no reply after given the necessary information.

if the product didn't come with a promise of an app, the rating would have been better. But downloading the app doesn't work and the instructions are terrible. I gave up after many attempts. So I'm not using the app that is included in the price. The charger itself works great. The plug is inside our garage and the 25ft is just enough to reach outside the garage when I don't want to park the car in the garage.

The cable is a good price, seems sturdy, but I have not unwrapped it and actually used it. I accidentally purchased the wrong type of cable. The one I wanted was half the price, but support will not exchange or refund. Pay attention to their refund policy :(

Vevor Level-2 Portable EV Charger is Medium grade charger 1. It mention 40Amp but actually it is 32Amp only never ever pass 31.8Amp 2.The apps not support charger it shows so many options for home things thats not belongs to us. 3.If you have need altert by message in emegry you need paid subscripition

Bought this item a week ago but cannot use for charging my Mazda CX90 PHEV yet. The technical support relys on emails. All correspondences must go thru customer service to technical support. No direct technical support. The replies from technical support via customer service usually take one to three days. It's really take too long for the reply. I doubted that the EV charger doesn't function due to high temperature. Temperature show on charge panel: 1. Standby (not charging) 23°C 2. 95+°C while charging at 16Amp. Charger stop charging and black out In 5 to 15 minutes 3. 80+°C while charging at 24 Amp. Charger stop charging in 5 to 15 minutes Same problem happened when I charge EV manually without using the Smart Life App I was told that the charger disturbbed when Technical Support tried to remote setting the charger. When I requested for refund or exchange, Vevor response nothing. Now I'm connecting a wifi extender with a cable to make sure strong and steady wifi signal. Hopefully Vevor could fix the problem promptly. I cannot upload related photos and videos when I write this review!
