Quality is not what I expected. Everything is plastic and feel very cheap. The nozzles it comes with are absolute junk. The hose is the cheapest grade hose typically sold. I don’t see it lasting more than one season. I wish it was better because the concept is great.

I bought this because of all of the hype it was getting. It worked great until I am unable to switch out nozzles because the clamp it screws in just spins, and water does not come through the hose just runs out the bottom. This is the second Item I have purchased from Vevor directly, and have had issues. They sent me the lawn sweeper with wrong size bolts to be able to put together .I had to go out and buy bolts that worked not a big deal just an inconvenience. I have contacted customer support in regards to the hose, and still waiting for answers.

I purchased two of these retractable hose reels and installed one. The hose will not retract all the way, the waterhose leaks where the nozzle is attached. Not that pleased with it to be honest! Complained to customer service on March 16, 2026 they will occasionally message me back but I still have not received a response as to what will be done to resolve the issue!

Came with a bad copper fitting and leaks really bad called customer service left a message no response so I sent a email twice and no response, I would call that poor customer service at best 3 days later and still no call back and no response to email I would definitely not recommend this item

Buyer beware, if all you need is a cheap occasional 1/2” garden hose this may work for you. This hose reel is advertised as an 5/8” x 65’ hose a reel. What they fail to tell you is the 5/8” is the OD hose measurement . What you actually get is a 1/2” hose. Also the hose is extremely stiff and not great cold weather. The hose already has a kink after only a few uses. The hose is not replaceable. I tried to return this reel after trying it only once without water and was given the run around. I guess I’m stuck with it for this season. I don’t believe it will last any longer. Best to look elsewhere.

​I purchased this retractable hose reel and it arrived on time, but that’s where the positives end. During assembly, I attached the hose nozzle only to find it won't tighten—it just spins infinitely. To make matters worse, the handle is now stuck and cannot be removed. ​The "support" from VEVOR has been a joke. They promised a response within 48 hours but never followed up. Instead, I keep receiving automated emails stating my case is "resolved" and will be closed. I’ve reopened the ticket three times now, telling them it isn't fixed, only for them to send the same automated "case closed" email again. Avoid this brand unless you want to be stuck with a broken product and zero help.

I received only one nozzle and two of the four bolts to mount it on the wall. I believe this could be a return unit.

Once you screw water nozzle, no way you can replace unless you break in pieces.

This is not 130 feet. It's 120 at best.
