At first this hose reel seemed great however it is all ready broken. Internally it has come apart on the retraction part. It is all plastic and not really fit for everyday use.

Customer Poor quality nozzle, broken hose, no customer support.

The included nozzle is very cheaply made and leaks. Upon attempting to remove it to use another nozzle, I found that the hose end spins in place, rather than un-threading from the nozzle. I'm now left with a leaky nozzle stuck on the hose, and customer support has not responded after nearly 1 week and multiple follow-ups. Would not recommend this product.

I bought two of this hose reel. One last year and another in April 2026. The new one started to show signs of wear. I have used it less than 10 times. Not happy with the quality. It’s not durable.
