Hose is very chinky

We have purchased so many vevor products and been very happy. Until now. This hose reel is so cheaply made. The hose is so small that water might as well be coming through a McDonald's straw. The hose kinks so easily. The hose doesn't retract and only goes back if you're literally helping it. This one isn't good. We own 3 hoselink retractable hoses. I wish we owned a fourth instead.

I was under the impression by the add that I was getting the new upgraded version and received the old version without all of the upgrades. Buyer beware

It leaks like a sieve out of the device itself. Not at either one of the ends of the hose. I would definitely not buy it again. Not sure if I can get this replaced or repaired or what but I cannot use it the way it is.

Bought this last year, fitted it. Never used it until today. Pulled the hose out, did the job. Went to pull the hose to reel back in, didnt work. Hose is now just like my last one laying on the ground making a mess. Contacted CS on chat they didnt resolve it they just created a BS ticket to hopefully waste time to get me out of warranty. I have to wait for an Email, ridiculous just like they asked for a video of the fault. Seriously, just a lot of wasting time so I may miss the email and miss the cut off for the return. I know these tricks, how about being a good retailer and swapping it!

We loved these so much that we bought 2. Regrettably, the 2nd one will only reel in half way before it stops. And customer service is a nightmare. We love the products, hate the service. It shouldn't be this difficult.

Finally got around to installing this unit today. Something is plugged up on the inside as almost no water will flow through the unit. Tried to back flush it and absolutely no water will pass through it that way

Absolute junk.. Will not reel inlike it should, VEVOR only want to give me less then half of what I paid, bought 3 year warranty and have heard nothing from them. ABSOLUTE JUNK. DI NOT BUY AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PURCHASING THE JUNK WARRANTY they do not stand behind their products

We have 2 of these and 1 works great! The other only reels I'm half way and stops no matter what. Im so disappointed. And customer service is a nightmare in my opion to resolve issues. We had damage to an air compressor and no response as well as a missing piece that they would not replace because I couldn't give them a picture of the missing piece. Great products... horrible service.

I bought the 100’ 1/2” size. Water flow is slow. I have it hooked to my yard hydrant which has high water flow. Water blasts out of it. It took 2 hours to fill the 40 gallon fresh water tank on my camper. I wish I had purchased the 84’ 5/8” reel. I would guess the inside of the hose is probably 3/8”.
