Very disappointed in this purchase. It was too heavy for the new building and the packages were not opened. I attempted to return the items and purchase something free standing instead but was not allowed to return unopened purchase. Wife are a large company but will not purchase from vevor again due to their poor return policy.

Voilà une semaine que j’écris au service client pour avoir de l’aide suite à la commande du dérouleur une fois tout installé une mise en place le dérouleur fuit à l’intérieur, il y a plus d’eau qui sort du dérouleur que du tuyau et je n’ai aucune réponse, c’est très compliqué d’avoir un service client

The half inch hose I can’t say nothing good about it. I used it two or three times each time I used it a new hole developed. I tore it apart and threw it in the trash and order another 5/8 inch one.

Junk, leaking out of box, no customer service, leaked when turned water on.
Was sent and old white hose one, not the mew ones. Hooked it up and it is leaking inside, took video of it leaking on the 11 , all I get is we have created a ticket if you don't respond in 24hrs we will cancel the ticket. I have emailed back 5 times and that's what you get a robo text back its now the 23 and I am writing this review. go to a box store and at least you will have 30 days to replace, might be 10.00 more but, worth it in the long run.

J’ai commandé un tuyau d'arrosage de 40 mètres chez Vevor, mais j’ai reçu seulement 35 mètres. Impossible de contacter le service client correctement, on me demande une “preuve” sans expliquer comment la fournir.
Très déçu de l’expérience : produit non conforme et service client inefficace. Je déconseille fortement.
