Bought it on May. Used less than 10 times. Now, December, the internal spring/belt broken. No auto rewind at all.

Stop reeling in. In three weeks

The hose reel arrived in a broken package and it is broken. Trying to upload images,,but guess what!!,,,the site complains about the size and format of the picture,,tho its in the specs they ask about.

So I bought this back in April for my backyard, installed it on the wall, but never used. As soon as I connected, it is leaking, attempted to see what was wrong, wasn't the o rings, something else is going on inside. Called customer service, still waiting to hear back. It seems really nice, like that it swivels from side to side and can reel back without have to crank a hose reel. Price seemed decent at the time, but now that it is leaking pretty much out the box. I'm felling a type of way that I spent this amount of money on it

JUNK do not buy. Crappy product and crappy company. I bought this retractable hose reel, it lasted 4 month and now it will not retract the hose fully. I contacted the VENOR about the issue. The ad said it had a 12 month warranty. They gave me the runaround for a month and then told me that "Return & Refund/Not Working /Malfunction" they suggested that I buy local parts and find a local technician to repair it. Do not buy this product or do business with VENOR or you WILL regret it. Bad product and worst company,,, BAD BAD BAD

I received it broken

This broke the first day. Specifically the part that allows the hose retract evenly on the reel. I have purchased A LOT of Vevor products and most have been really awesome. This is the one exception, I would NOT recommend purchasing this.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience shopping at VEVOR. I purchased a water hose from their website, and while the product itself was not what I expected, the real problem started when I tried to return it. The return process is one of the most complicated and frustrating I have ever dealt with. First, their website makes it very hard to find clear information about how to return an item. Instead of offering a simple return label or straightforward instructions, I was bounced back and forth with vague responses from customer service. Each time I contacted them, the answers felt generic and unhelpful, as if they were trying to avoid taking responsibility. What should have been a simple return turned into a stressful and time-consuming process. I had to send multiple emails, wait days for replies, and still did not get proper guidance. At one point, it almost felt like they were trying to discourage me from returning the product at all. A company that values its customers should make returns easy and hassle-free, but VEVOR does the opposite. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from them again. If you are considering buying from VEVOR, be very careful—once they have your money, getting any help or support is almost impossible.

I bought the hose reel worked great for a few months then quit rolling up.

Arrived broken! Packaging was not damaged . It was a factory defect. I bought the warranty and sent photos to them via email. Customer Service is the worst!!!! I have messaged them asking for a phone # to speak with someone to help me. I still have yet to get any answers and I would like to have my money back!!!!!!!
