We purchased the VEVOR 20V Cordless Pole Hedge Trimmer hoping it would be a convenient solution for trimming taller hedges and hard-to-reach branches. Unfortunately, we experienced issues with the handle that ultimately led us to return the unit for a refund. The overall concept is good, with a telescoping design, cordless operation, and an 18-inch cutting blade. However, the problems with the handle were disappointing and affected our confidence in the product. For a tool designed to reach higher branches, a secure and dependable handle is particularly important. While the product itself only earns 3 out of 5 stars, we have to give VEVOR's customer service a full 5 out of 5 stars! The return and refund process was handled professionally, and we appreciated the customer service team's assistance in resolving the issue. It's reassuring to know that when something doesn't work out, the company stands behind its products and takes care of its customers. Overall, 3/5 stars for the hedge trimmer due to the handle issues, but 5/5 stars for VEVOR's excellent customer service. Although this particular product didn't work out for us, our positive experience with the return process means we would still consider purchasing other VEVOR products in the future.

Pros: The hedge trimmer is quite powerful and does a clean job. Cons: 1) This hedge trimmer had a defective battery charger straight out of the box. So, only got one round of battery operation before the trimmer was useless. (Vevor offered a full refund) 2) This trimmer is heavy. Unless you are stronger than average, several breaks are needed during a 20 minute job.
