I am not happy right now. i have only used this item twice so far, and on the third time it suddenly stopped trimming after encountering a branch that might have been too thick for it. But this had happened before, and after removing it from the branch it started up again. This time it did not. It just clicks when I use the switch on and use the trigger to start it. I tried it a day later and the same thing. Just a click and it seems like it vibrates for a quick second, but then nothing, I know it was fully charged because it had charged overnight and I had only used it for 5-7 minutes before this happened. ANY suggestions?

I purchased this hedge trimmer July 2026 and was disappointed with its performance. The battery does not provide sufficient runtime for my intended use, and the unit intermittently shuts off while operating. I contacted the manufacturer regarding these issues and provided videos demonstrating the problem. Unfortunately, the resolution offered was only a small partial refund, which did not adequately address my concerns about the product's performance. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product. I am also disappointed with how my concerns were handled and would be hesitant to purchase from this vendor again.

If you could rate as negative 5 stars this would be it. Tried to reach out to return and was asked for videos?!?!? Wouldn’t cut 8” grass. Awful.

Ordered a hedge trimmer and it doesn't work! Battery fully charged and everything put together correctly

Gerät funktioniert nicht. Wir haben den Akku voll geladen, er ist gut eingehängt im Gerät und trotzdem geht nichts. Gerät absolut unbrauchbar! Obwohl wir uns direkt bei Vevor gemeldet haben, sogar ein Video geschickt, wo man sieht dass nichts funktioniert, haben wir seit Wochen keine Antwort erhalten. Leider sehr enttäuschend!
