This incubator is amazing. I actually use this for growing mushroom mycelium. It is the perfect environment. Easy to use and clean works very well. 100% recommended.

I bought this as an additional incubator for tortoise eggs. It maintains the temperature perfectly. Just a couple of little things would make this even better. The temperature is only displayed in Celsius. No big deal. It keeps the temperature so precisely you don't need a chart or anything to convert it. The blue temp and button lights are BRIGHT! You would not want this in a room where lights could disturb you at night. The last comment is the inside is fairly small so it was hard to find containers that will fit. I ended up buying these: Snapware Total Solution 6-Pc 8.5 cup Rectangle Plastic Food Storage Containers Set. You could use standard deli cups but I wanted to maximize the space and use something a bit taller. I would definitely purchase this again.

The water tray runs out too quickly wish it held more water I have to keep two cups of water in it at all time to always have water in it

I bought this for an inoculating area for mushroom spawn. Works great! Keeps a constant temperature and hasn't failed yet. I would like to see a slightly bigger model made by the same manufacturer.

Good value, versatile unit. Not incubating reptiles but can use for many other things. Short term mini fridge for office, keep disk drives or electronics at safe operating temperature, etc. I'd pay more for a unit with even more features: -0 degs C to 85 degs C, programmable timer to change temps or computer control interface, more cooling power/faster, better way to get rid of excess moisture...

This incubator is a dream come true! I highly recommend it to all enthusiasts who are breeding reptiles or even birds!

Ordered this to cover an unexpected ball python clutch as our old incubator died. It worked great as a stop-gap until our new incubator arrived. Two main things: 1. Size - Our BP had a six egg clutch - and it fit in three containers. One python clutch or a few lizard/smaller snake clutches would probably be fine. If you have more, you'll either need multiple or a different one. 2. Temp - The room I used initially was ~60 degrees, and it could not hold over 81 degrees. So, I moved it into the snake room, which is kept at 75-85 ambient and it had no problem. It might be difficult to use in your house if you keep your house between 68-72. Keeping it for both a backup, and if we have to travel as it does have DC power.

It worked for a 45 days then it wouldn't keep temp. Drop heat from 87 to 65 then Over heated to well over 100 .killed everything. Buy a good incubator .

I've had the incubator scene may 2025 to hatch crested gecko eggs and the motor went out this morning. I have 11 eggs in the incubator and am out over $800 now
