The machine is not working properly, it leaks oil on the gearbox. The temperature drops quickly and it is noisy. The main seals expand quickly and leak. I bought three machines, this model is not good. I recommend the Vevor team to offer us a machine with better quality. may

DELIVERY CAME VERY WELL PACKED, HOWEVER NOT REALLY SATISFIED WITH IT COMPRESSOR MAKES HELL OF NOISE IN FROSTING MODE, IT COMES BACK ON EVERY 5 MINS IN ORDER TO KEEP CONE FREEZED. DESCRIPTION SAYS LOW NOISE AND FAST OPERATION NOT CORRECT, I BOUGHT IT FOR OUR CORNER SHOP BUT DUE TO IT'S NOISE NOT REALLY SUITABLE , ONLY USED FOR 1 WEEK SINCE THEN SAT THERE TAKING UP SPACE.

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice und absolut enttäuschende Erfahrung. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme wird mein Problem seit Tagen nicht gelöst. Stattdessen erhalte ich immer wieder die gleichen Standardantworten ohne konkrete Hilfe. Mein Anliegen wird lediglich weitergeleitet, ohne dass tatsächlich etwas passiert. Besonders problematisch ist, dass mein Ticket automatisch als „gelöst“ geschlossen werden soll, obwohl der Mangel weiterhin besteht. Eine ernsthafte Bearbeitung ist für mich nicht erkennbar. Da es sich um ein gewerblich genutztes Gerät handelt, entsteht mir durch den Ausfall ein wirtschaftlicher Schaden, der vom Support offenbar nicht berücksichtigt wird. Ich habe inzwischen eine Frist zur Lösung gesetzt. Sollte diese ergebnislos verstreichen, werde ich weitere Schritte einleiten. Ich kann diesen Kundenservice in keiner Weise empfehlen. Ich werde diese Bewertung aktualisieren, sobald eine tatsächliche Lösung erfolgt.

Pretty upset at the fact that I bought this weeks ago and I haven’t even used it because there is little plastic pieces all on the inside of this machine. I have trying to reach out and they keep telling me it’s a water leakage and I need a new water hose for the BOTTOM of the machine…. They are being no help at all and it takes days to get into contact with anyone. 10000% don’t recommend this company.

Purchased this machine April 12,2023. It seemed to work well, but June of 2025 it started making a lot of noise. Our machine ran through the summer months, shut down for the winter months. Had the machine looked at and below are the pictures of what they found. No wonder machine doesn't work. Not sure why this happened or what went wrong.

I bought two of these machines for a boba shop in Canada, and neither works properly. All electrical requirements were checked and confirmed, yet both machines fail after about 20 minutes and throw error codes. These units are built incorrectly. Do not be fooled by the price, this deal is too good to be true.

Après achat de la machine on ne me l'a même pas livré. J'ai dû me déplacer dans le 77 pour la récupère moi même alors que j'habite dans le 91. À réception et après ouverture de la machine celle-ci paraissait comme étant déjà utilisé (carton mal fermé, rayures apparentes sur la machine et machine qui fonctionne pas) Malgré tout j'essaye de la mettre en marche celle-ci ne refroidi pas la glace est liquide et fait un énorme bruit. Perte de temps et perte d'argent également. Et avec tout ça et vidéos à l'appuie vevor ne me donne aucune réponse en ce qui concerne ma demande de retour du produit en sachant que je suis encore dans les délais de rétractation. Franchement à éviter

Ne fonctionne pas 1 semaine que j’ai la machine elle ne fonctionne pas et on me fait tourner en rond pour ne pas me rembourser je suis professionnel j’ai investi 900€ dans une machine et je rate pleins d’événements car ils font exprès de prendre leur temps à m’envoyer des guides d’instructions alors que je leur explique que la machine ne fonctionne pas que je veux un remboursement et effectuer un retour. De plus impossible de les contacter pas de numéro de téléphone et sur le chat en ligne on parle des Intelligences artificielles ALORS FUYEZ
