I bought this for my concessions business and it would not heat up. I have sent it back almost a month ago and I have never got a refund or a replacement. Absolutely the worst experience I have had with Vevor!

I have had very good luck with Vevor in the past. But this griddle was a failure/. It cant keep temperature, not even close to the dials stated temperature. as many cool luke warm spots . Not reliable for my cottage bakery. hopefully vevor will make this right

Buyer beware, It is not for home use. we did not pay attention and removed it form the packaging without looking at the plug type. It is not at all compatible with normal "home" use. I wish it was clear in the details instead of saying commercial and home use. I threw out the box and packaging and now stuck with a 180.00 dollar block of steel.
