Anna No response with return!!
Its been a 7 days since theyre not responding on my ticket with a return. I have contact several times on support they're saying i have to wait. How long more? This is not a good behavour ! Im dissappointed with it.
I DON'T RECOMMEND TO SOMEBODY WHO IS NOT SURE ABOUT TO BUY. IF YOU BUY. YOUR MONEY WILL HANG IN THE SKY BECAUSE THERE NOT ANSWERING ABOUT YOUR RETURN TICKET!

Extremely disappointed it will not get above 300°. It was turned on and sat down over six hours and it never can get over 300° and then when you put some burgers down the temperature drops and it takes forever to get back up to 300°.

Plancha inutilisable. La poignée du réservoir de graisse à été soudée sur le devant de la plancha et non sur le réservoir. Celui-ci est tombé à l'intérieur et impossible de le récupérer et donc de ne pas pouvoir utiliser cet appareil que j'ai payé 84 €
Après 20 messages au moins vous m'avez remboursé 51€ et promis de m'envoyer un tiroir. Je l'attends et vous en remercie à l'avance. Cordialement.

This product is good? I just wish it did not come out of the box Bent up the sides were very bent. They wanted me to send mines back and once they get it they would send me one back. That means out of a griddle for about a month...
