Got this recently and pleasantly surprised at the speed and consistency it can burnish and polish throughout the entire piece where as other tumblers miss spots that the steel shot cannot reach. It's small but works damn well and the ease of use is very intuitive. Its a little noisy but tolerable.
On another note, their customer service is amazing! That alone makes me feel confident if I were purchase another one of their products down the line. (Vevor food warmer for long BBQ holds.)
Would i recommend it? Very much so.

magnetic tumbler great product
I have been using this product as I develop my jewelry skills. I was concerned with some negative feedback about the pins. As with all manufacturing processes the pin have oil and grim on them so you need to run the unit without any jewelry. After 2 washouts the pins are great, it does provide a matte finish, does an amazing job on fine work. I appreciate the quality and reliability so far.

I Love this unit, it has helped me with finishing my metalsmith artisan jewelry. I can achieve the matte finish I wanted as well as a high polish shine by letting it run for a full 60 min. ohhh and did I mention its faster the a drum tumbler. you need this.
