The overall quality of this trailer is amazing considering the price compared to other models out there. Unfortunately, even though the package arrived undamaged, several of the orange painted rails had paint chips. I wrote to Vevor and they quickly responded with a credit for the damage. I'm very happy with the purchase and the trailer.

We were very excited to order this trailer and when we received it and started unpacking it we noticed one of the rails was badly damaged. We were very disappointed and immediately notified the company. After a lot of back and forth we finally received a partial reimbursement.
Also I think some pins should have been provided to secure the rails around more firmly.
Other than that the trailer is being put to good use

Arrived damaged. Took 5 days of no reply frustrion to get a response. The they wanted to do the Chinese Waltz and offer me $70. I refused. A couple days later I got an RA. Just don't do business with these people.

Scott Corbin Wheel hub literally fell apart from the center of the rim!

This trailer is supposed to be able to haul 1500# I never hauled more than 200# and the hub in the center of the rim literally came apart! Now I can’t even get ahold of Vevor to get a matching replacement wheel! So pissed!!!!

Simple to put together and appears to be sturdy. I haven't used it yet, so I cant comment on that. Main issue: the carrier destroyed the box and 30% of all the screws was missing from the package. The screws and washers come in a sealed package of their own. So think about how this box was handled for a sealed package inside to come apart and all the contents go flying out. I was very surprised the trailer wasn't damaged, how that happen we will never know.

Hardware bolts and washers were scattered inside box . Was missing 2 of the wheel washers . Tried to contact company and the want pics of missing parts ..Kind of hard to do .. cart seems sturdy but can't use it till I find correct washers . If company would have taken care of it I would have given 5 stars
