I waited 3 months until the black Friday sale to order this Vevor mag drill. Then over two weeks went by with no movement on the order tracking. When I contacted Vevor, they said it was basically lost in shipping. Instead of reshipping another mag drill they said we will just refund your money. I said, "I bought it at Black Friday sale price; I don't want a refund, I want what I ordered." So a few days later they refunded my money, forcing me to either rebuy at full price or not buy at all. So I bought a different brand. I will never again buy anything from Vevor.

Ordered this drill and it was never delivered!!! a month of messaging with Vevor customer service and still no proof of delivery or refund. Worst customer service out there. STAY AWAY FROM VEVOR!!!

Drill is under powered and has a hard time.

Drilled 4 holes and it started to smoke from the motor. Hopefully it last longer than one use.

On the second use, something popped in the drill and it stopped lots of smoke now it’s junk. I’d like some help please.

The magnet didn’t work out of the box Want multiple videos of it not working countless emails They offered me 40 bucks for a refund They keep saying I have a new one on the way but have still yet to get it The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with Will never buy anything from Vevor again!!!!!!

I was very impressed after I cut a hole or 2 on the bench but my work is outside on the fly. The only thing that I'm not satisfied with yet the reason I bought this is the magnetic hold. When I had this drill vertical it only had the power to hold itself while off. Once it started and there was any vibration it moved. It literally fell off several times. A stronger magnet would make this a great tool but it fell very short because it's the drills ability to hold itself vertical that I purchased it . Whatever you do don't put this above your head without a hardhat and that strap hooker up. The oiler isn't worth a hoot either. I haven't used it cause it keeps falling off. I was 100% behind vevor and it's products until this. Now I'm sketchy.

The magnet is far too weak.

The drill is reasonably priced, and the magnetic seems to be strong. One huge problem is that none of my bits that came with the drill fit inside the arbor. I gave reached out to Vevor, and they are sending me a new arbor. However, I have to disassemble the thing and replace it. Why not exchange the whole unit for a new one? Why do I have to correct your mistake? I'm not to thrilled with this resolution.
