The exterior louvers are extremely cheap and can do bent by just looking at them. Also,when the louvers are closed,it's not a sealed unit and may cause an ingress of moisture or possible insects. Need to do my research but it appears to only report in fahrenheit, when I reviewed the documentation, I saw no mention of a change. So the frame sucks and may cause the inside of my garage to get wet but the fan and controller (so far) are pretty good.

the digital control pad doesn't work and I would like to know how to get a working one please

Fan works good when it works prob already went out and trying to get it cover Is a lot of work They want pictures, they want video, you send them all that and they still send you the wrong part, then when you tell them they want you to go through the whole process again to get the right part sent still have not got the right part to fix my problem. That's ridiculous.

Have the fan and controller installed, the fan goes off and on all the time! Not happy with it!

I purchased this fan ro cool my attic space. After installing correctly the controller interface does not power up so it's basically an over priced fan with no thermostat. I opened a ticket and included a video as required. I've only gotten automated messages saying that the case will be considered closed in 24 hours if I don't respond, but every time I respond I get the same message. It seems the infinite loop is standard procedure. I've asked for a replacement to no availe but will now be contesting the CC charges. Not happy or cool here!!!

Fan works well, but the shutters do not open and close on their own . The fan is installed at the top of a building and the shutters will not close unless you go in manually do it. I highly recommend not purchasing if it’s not accessible.. If the shutters worked as described, it would be a five star purchase. also, the adjustment cable should be much longer since it’s intended use is to ventilate buildings, and the best location is highest point of a building .

I would love to write a glowing review for the 24 inch exhaust fan, however I can't. This item was not delivered to my address. I have been in contact with Vevor regarding this, and have yet to receive satisfaction for this purchase. This is most unfortunate.

Just installed the 24 inch shutter fan and the motor is so hot you can't touch it. Is that normal and how long will it last being hot like that ?

Can't review. NEVER received it. FedEx smart post lost it 3 hours from where it was to be delivered. They suck. Should NEVER use them again 😕!
