Large Capacity: 1000-5000 ml. The material of this dual-use product filling machine is mainly food-grade stainless steel. The piston is made of Teflon materials. Removable buckles make the lotion filling machine easy to maintain.
Large Capacity Hopper
40 L hopper works well with this lotion filler machine, making the filler to work efficiently and continuously. Made of food-grade stainless steel, the hopper is worthy of being used. It is equipped with a lid, used for preventing dust.
Adjustable Speed & Volume
The air cylinder supports the filling process well. It is easy to adjust the cylinder speed and filling speed. Filling quantity can be adjusted by a hand switch with a digital display, making the adjustment more convenient and accurate.
Anti-drip Nozzle & Valve
The anti-drip outlet nozzle is easy to be removed and replaced. The rotary valve controls the transfer process of paste material. It is not easily plugged and features no dripping. The pneumatic liquid filling machine ensures accurate filling.
Pressure Gauge & Switch
