I bought this machine for the motor. I really thought that I would take the motor off this when it came and put it on the machine that I had built out of 1/4 inch steel but it's built even heavier. Good welds on it, it tracks very nicely and the motor is good and strong. For the price I highly recommend.

I bought this for a range of small sanding projects, mostly metal. It’s very good for that task. Compact, and a range of configurations. My only concern is that the wires that run to the controller are a bit flimsy at the Molex connector on one end. No cable clamp or strain relief. In the end, I put the wires in some split plastic loom tubing, with some strategic zip ties to stabilise it all.

Purchased primarily for sharpening and light grinding work. Well made, sturdy and portable. VFD works well for belt speed control.

Noise level: Normal for this type of equipment. Ease of Use: A+ Belt Tracking: Average...I wrapped tension pully with black electrical tape, and this solved the belt tracking problem. I would suggest Vevor add this feature. Controller: Easy to use; good external quality; excellent appearance. The harness to the sander should be longer to allow for greater installation distances. I would also suggest adding an error code (LED) feature on the control circuit (visible on the front cover) to provide users with malfunction definitions and solutions. Packaging; A+
