thank you for being the best

These are great.

Haven't used other cold spark machines, but these worked great for our event. Great DMX control to fire up when we wanted them.

tutto fantastico, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, facile da usare.

Merci

We ordered four more of these in plenty of time to get them in time for our program on December 7th. HOWEVER, they were delivered on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and were not left at our front door. Another attempt was made on the day AFTER Thanksgiving, and our offices were closed, and it was not left at our front door. When I went to look for them, I discovered that they had been returned to the company. I called the customer service number and don't feel it was handled the best. There was plenty of time to reship them, but I was given that option. It was sort of laughed off, and I was told we would get a refund. We would love to continue making purchases with your company, but shipping needs to get an overhaul.

they work really good overall. I didn't give five stars due to their constant issue getting stuck , You have to lose of the main gear with a screwdriver in order to relieve the stuck powder. but overall works amazing with a controller and they really make a great sparkle show trabajan muy bien la verdad me sorprende que un producto tan pequeño haga un trabajo tan grande , el único problema es que tienden atorarse con el polvo, tienes que usar un desarmador en el engrane principal, pero después de eso todo trabaja muy bien. el control es fácil de usar como agregar el polvo. también es muy sencillo cuando usas el poder alto. hacen un muy buen show
