Good but need updates to auto vacuum and seal when closed it

This vacuum sealer really struggles to seal when the contents are moist. Disappointing

Vacuum sealer is great for the price, works way better than food saver ones we have used in the past, highly recommend!

I specifically purchased this vacuum sealer for using 15" bags. Initially every one I tried failed to properly seal and lost its vacuum. After a lot of trial and error I found you need to leave a lot of extra bag...at least 6" to 8". What I noticed was happening is that when the machine was pulling a vacuum the bag bunched up between what was in the bag and the machine. That resulted in improper sealing. After leaving at least 6" to 8" of extra bag between the contents of the bag and the front edge of the machine I found it works much better.

I was expecting the suction to be stronger, there was some air left in my packages of vaccume packed salmon Filets. Love the double seal feature though

It didn’t work the first time I used it to try to seal a bag with moisture on the inside

I bought this in May 2026 and after few uses the gaskets for the vacuum area torn apart. I contacted the support and it has not found any solution from them. Now it this machine is not useable. Support is bad. I hope they resolve it soon.

I have had two of these and haven't gotten either to last over a few months. They work great until the handle breaks or the board burns out.

Highly disappointed in the performance of this machine first time using and very disappointed my $60 food saver vacuum sealer worked better than this one. After spending $200 on this one I wish I would have just saved my money
