Really struggles if thick, full, bag. Puckers bag at seal and leaks often even using extended seat time. Wasted a lot of bag material. Lots of extra handling to try to minimize puckers in seal

I have had two. Works great for a while. Both only lasted maybe 2 years. Going with a more premium brand for more durability this time.

sealing failed days after the warranty ran out. with no replacement parts available, you have to buy hole new machine. I will buy a new one and keep this one for spare parts giving them one mare chance.

I have had this product a little over a year, but used it sparingly. I have used the product approximately 4 times within the time I've had it. This vacuum sealer is advertised for commercial use. That is a joke, it didn't not hold up to minimal usage from a family of 2. The locking mechanism is made of plastic and of course it broke. I reached out to Vevor and they thanked me for being a loyal customer, but they would not send a replacement part. Maybe they should show loyalty to their consumers.

was broken when i received it. I didn’t bother trying to get it swapped out because when the meat tenderizer I got that was broken when it was delivered VEVOR would not send me a return label instead gave me a refund after haggling me about fixing it and giving me a partial refund. I ended up getting a full refund after days of me just wanting to return the broken one and getting a replacement. Would not recommend buying from VEVOR.

Junk, I had high hopes for this product and I even bought the more expensive version. Everything seemed to work fine for a year which is the manufacturer's warranty. 7 days after the manufacturer warranty everything stopped working. The lock or handle only allows it to work about a tenth of the time. When I push down the handle there's no lights or the machine doesn't allow me to operate the vacuum. I've only used this maybe 20 times over the last year and you would think the seals would be fine and they give you an extra one which I have replaced, cleaned, moved around but now it will not even suction enough to be usable. I contacted customer service and they said that they would relay to the manufacturer but after a week I still have not heard anything. Out of all the products that I have purchased through Vevor this is one I would never do again and don't recommend.
