I had to replace the original charger as it failed. The Vevor is nicer than the original and is set up to work on 120 or volts, with a simple cord adapter. I took advantage of that and installed a 240 outlet, and my Volt is charging twice as fast, and more efficiently. The parts seem high quality, the cord less tangle prone than the original and the mount for the charging station is a simple improvement. I'm very pleased.

I'm using with 2018 Chevy Volt, with a 50Amp Socket, it takes 4 hours to fully charge the car, Very happy with the performance

So far so good, my mother asked me to order this charger for her electric Chevolet Bolt replacing the defective charger and she's having no problem at all using it even with the app and she's 74 so I guess it's all good and user friendly, hopefully it will last a long run.

Very easy to use and works like a charm. I bought a FLO charger before this one, the FLO charger (supposedly one of the best in the market) and it stopped working after 3 years. The price to get my old charger repaired is more than buying the VEVOR charger. I should have buy this one from the start.

I've been using this charger daily for a month now - really liked the long cord length, and the ability to limit the amperage. I've got 30 amps available at my plug with an adapter for this charger so these controls let me limit to a safe level. I like that I can see the consumption and predict my home power cost impact.

First things first, this is a Chinese connected thingy. So I'm not going to pretend it's a safe device to plus on your home network. I will however tell you it is compatible with those generic shifty looking apps you install for those super cheap connected component. The one I used is Smart Life. Not an endorsement, just the one I already had. Not having the app has one down side : sometimes the charger decides you're better off with delayed charging and will not start when you plug your car in. Going to the app and changing to real-time then starting the charging process is more convenient than to have to unplug and plug the charger. The name is misleading : you don't need a 10-30R plug you need a NEMA 14-50R plug. Compared to other options out there, those a minuscule complaints. I get proper charging on my Mazda CX-90, it was SUPER CHEAP and it works great in chilly Quebec. Would buy again!
