I just unpacked the vacuum yesterday, and I haven't tried it yet. I've bought several products and almost everything arrived damaged. If I pay for warranty, is it going to be replaced or should I send back the first one? How long is going to be? I ordered it when I needed it most, yet it comes damaged and it'll take longer to make it right..

Das Gerät (DZ-260A) ist einwandfrei, vor allem bei einem solchen Preis. Im Grunde enthalten viele viel teurere Geräte die selben oder sehr ähnliche Komponenten und unterscheiden sich oft nur äußerlich. Der niedrige Preis dürfte jedoch auch teilweise mit der niedrigen Verarbeitungsqualität des Gehäuses zu tun haben. Die Bauteile ansich sind solide und gut dimensioniert, allerdings sind diese relativ einfach gehalten zusammengesetzt. So hat man sich offenbar einige Fertigungsschritte gespart, wie z.B. das Entgraten der Bleche (Achtung Verletzungsgefahr!), oder das Festziehen von Schrauben. Die hintere Schraube die das ganze Gehäuse zusammenhält, hatte leider auch kein Gegengewinde und steckte irgendwie lose drinnen. Alles in Allem, nachdem man ein wenig nachgearbeitet hat, trotzdem ein gutes Gerät zu einem relativ vernünftigen Preis.

Bought this chamber about a month ago and was not impressed, product didn't work to expectations nor does it work like the videos show.

It just didn't work, vevor was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue but in the end I think I just had a dud. They asked if I wanted another one or a refund, I received a full refund a few days later. No ill will against Vevor shit happens sometimes and I accept that.

Defective out of box. Won't start the vacuum process. Watched alot of videos and customer service apparently will take days to respond. Ordering a name brand unit instead

A vacuum cleaner is not worth a crap if it will not seal and less than a year later that is my problem. It sucks fine but it will not seal. I want my money back. Vevor Donald Jernigan 2529334823

Funzionale ma piccola per le mie esigenze

I purchased this product on Mar 05, 2024. I use it almost daily for food storage. It came to me with a faulty switch. After having VEVOR send me a new switch. I noticed that the gas shocks for providing a cushion and soft opening for the lid was not working. The lid would slam open real hard when the lid was released. So, I had them replaced as well. The unit worked quite well for a few months after that. However, it has been slowly leaking its hydraulic fluid ever since about the 3rd month I have owned it. It leaves a small puddle under the machine that I have to keep cleaning up. It still works even though it has very little hydraulic fluid in it. It is quite a bit noisier than it used to be and it requires more time to complete a vacuum. It has been difficult to find the time and to get through the language barrier to address the problems any further. I have given up on nursing it along any further. I cannot recommend this product for these reasons. It was very affordably priced, but I hope to replace it with an "American Made" product that will be more reliable and easier to have serviced. It will cost more money initially but less trouble and expense in the long run.
