If you want to spend 300+ dollars and get one season out of it and have absolutely no customer service then buy this product about this product on 11/04/2024 and when I went to use it today, it will not seal physically have to hold the lid. There’s no phone number to call in the chat. Absolutely sucks. All I wanted was a parts list and I can’t even get that. They’re gonna get back to me between one to two business days super practical when I have 100 pounds in venison waiting to be vacuum sealed.

very disappointed in the product and the customer service. bought 2 of these at the same time and neither work. Customer service is horrible.

The product will not work brand new out of the box. The support team just spits back the instructions from the manual, which I have repeatedly told them I have followed each step. So far, extremely dissatisfied with support and machine.

don't buy it hardly used , 1 year it is broken, and Vevor saying giving $50 credit back wast of money

Arrived broken. Box was heavily damaged, product was smashed and bent, stripped screws, unattached grounds ,and in unacceptable condition. Was told to fox it myself . Took over two weeks of demanding a refund to get my money back

Chamber Vacuum Sealer DZ-260C - Vacuum pump is not working, display works and counts down when I hold the cover down, wiring connections look good, machine worked once when it first arrived. I contacted technical support through their website last week but have received no response. Contacted After-Sale Service this week with no response. Tried the return option but it is no longer listed on the website. I need support on this machine but am not able to contact Vevor Canada.

The box is damaged and its leaking pretty badly. What do I do now? I'm afraid to even open it. I'm trying to send you a picture but the add photo doesn't want to work. What do I do now?

They gave me a partial refund only. It did not suck all the air out of the chamber. Soft meat and fish did not seal at all.

I bought this as I am a DIY butcher and have been using the same food saver for a few years now. The food saver has packed 1000s of pounds of meat and I was thinking it was time for an upgrade. I was using the Vevor to package 85kg of sausage we had made. After 30 minutes of use the oil started smoking as it was getting too warm. It was being used in a cool garage and not a production facility. I had to use the food saver again to let the vevor cool down. My advance if you are looking to upgrade it to wait a little longer and get commercial grade one.

I just received my new VEVOR DZ-260C Chamber Vacuum Sealer directly from VEVOR with a certificate stating the machine passed inspection. The machine did an admirable job of sucking the air out of the vacuum pouch/bag. I though everything was great until I discovered that the pouch/bag did not seal. It and I were soon deflated. Getting technical support from VEVOR has so far taken many hours with no resolution. If you value your time you may want to find a product with local support. You apparently get what you pay for. Carefully read their “30 Day No Hassle Returns” policy. Be prepared to jump through many hoops for technical support or warranty claims and no-hassle returns with many restrictions. If this problem is solved, the machine has the potential to be a nice chamber vacuum sealer that could handle Quart size GEM and Wide mouth canning jars. At the moment it is looking like a boat anchor.
