Product arrived damaged , bottoms is bent, pop rivets broken out. Further than that product seems to work good.

Received my new chamber vacuum packer. Very well packaged and crated. Upon uncrating found cord was missing 110v plug. I happened to have one, installed it and plugged in machine. It did nothing! No power! Upon trouble shooting, I found the hot/live black wire was connected to the grounding point and the green ground wire was connected to the live point of the breaker! This is very dangerous! I swapped the 2 wires and everything seems to work as it should. Ironic the first thing I pulled out of the accessory pouch was the inspection card , boasting how the unit had passed inspection!

The product works reasonably well but doesn't get all of the air out which I was disappointed in

This is the 3rd one I have bought it was for a friend the bolts were not tight enough so they came out in shipping was able to get them back in and repaired the wires that pull out couldn't get anyone from vevor to give me a new one but it works very well

This vacuum sealer is a great machine on price and once you learn how to use it, it works great. But…. There is no instructions on hooking up the electric. It doesn’t come with a plug, so you have to be a. Electrician ( lol) to attach plug. It’s just not hooking up color coated wires. It’s more complicated than that. Also, the plate that is inside that you put your bags on to seal is way to short to handle most bags. We had to come up with making our own platform that was taller. It come with oil, but Not Enough to fill oil reservoir Once you modify these items , the machine works great!!!

Das Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei. Leider hatte ich nur 25cm breite Beutel daheim und das Gerät schweißt 24cm. Nix wars. Links und rechts fehlen die 5mm erheblich. Neue, kleinere Beutel erforderlich.

Why in the f do I have to add oil to the pump when it could have been added at the factory? I put half the bottle and the oil level went down according to the window. No fing idea what's going on.

Only tested it and it works lots of power. I purchased a better quality vacuum pump oil as suggested in review videos. Wold have gave 4 stars but the bottom is bent up and I hope it doesn’t give me issues down the road and the bent bottom looks prepackaged because no damage to shipping box that was supper durable.

Bought a sealer smaller last year i love it. I bought this one because it had a bigger sealing strip have used it twice and the smell of oil permeates through the house very badly. I see no visible oil leaking anywhere have reached out to customer service to be told it takes one to 2 days to figure something out for the last week that has been the response I payed good money would expect the same treatment and urgency I know im not the only customer but let me have the option to return for another obviously there's something wrong. The ask for pics but how do u send a pic of a smell . Wish I could talk with a person and not email crap first bad experience I have had with vevor.
