Bought the Vevor chamber vacuum sealer recommended by a friend. When i received it everything looked great. Unboxed the product and started using it. After 2 successful vacuum sealed packages is stopped working. Contacted Vevor through chat and was not satisfied with the out come. I was suspicious of the poor quality electrical connection on the cord where it plugs into the machine. Contacts look weak anf insufficient. So I bypassed the connection and wired the cord directly to the switch. I have had no problems since. Can't expect too much from a cheap Chinese product.

It's pretty heavy 40kg and it can seal up to 8 consecutive vacuum seal when brand new. After 8 seals it fails sealing and have to wait for 1 day before put the machine back in use. Not sure why. I have had it for more than 2 years now and this issue happens more often and the number of successful seal drops down to 2 per day.

This chamber sealer was exactly what I needed. It is half the price and eventually works as well as the big name brand ones that are double the price. Mine was delivered with some oil in it and it had spilled inside the device and all over the electronics inside, leaving everything greasy. I topped up the oil and used the device a few times but through the voil viewing window I could see that the oil was foaming a lot with just a few uses. I drained the oil fully and used all the oil that was included to fill and it still did it but less. I had to buy more oil and do one last drain and fill. Now the unit works well. It's been a few months and I want to tell you that you really should make sure any spill or moisture inside the chamber area should be cleaned asap as you will get minor flash rust from lower quality stainless steal. Overall, I am ok with it because of it's performance once I sorted out these issues.

Nous avons d’abord été déçue de la recevoir non fonctionnelle. Une chance que le service à la clientèle fut efficace et de bon conseil. Nous avons donc réussi à faire les connections manquantes pour l’a remettre en fonction. Cela aura quand même pris une semaine vu le délai de réponses mais nous aurons réussi. La livraison s’est bien passée mais la machine a été faite vite pour avoir un manquement aussi primordiale. Quel fut notre déception de l’ouvrir et tenter de la faire fonctionner sans succès. À ce prix là! Ouf maintenant c’est résolu et elle fonctionne très bien.

I set it up and tried sealing with it. It ran briefly and stopped working. I have now been back and forth with Vevor for a week with no resolution.

Bought one it worked a few times, then stopped. They sent me a shipping label for return. I had to pay $25 for a box to return it in. Got the new one in good time. But used it twice an didnt seal correctly either. I have emailed multiple times so I can return this one an get my money back. But still no response.

Machine came with no operating instructions. It doesn't tell you if it's ready to use. I haven't used it yet.

So where the oil sits in a chamber, it gets hot. Naturally. At the bottom is a screw with a rubber gasket to empty the oil. The rubber gasket melts over time. Oil spills.
