It doesn't work and box were damged

i can not seem to strip the insulation evenly. it does not strip the complete 16"s as an example is there a video on proper adjustment

doesn't work properly wire keep jumping out , used it maybe 5 to 6 times and finally gave up , its garbage time

I purchased this thinking I’ll be able to strip a whole bunch of extension cords. But it won’t cut the insulation it just rolls out from underneath the knife. Haven’t tried solid wire yet but in NFG for 14 gauge cab tire.

The only thing this cable stripping tool is good for is the larger 3/0 cable sheath. Useless on small gauge wire sheathing.

Not really happy with the product. It didn’t really work the way it was advertised

Bought this thought it was good for the price but having lots of issues it won’t strip soft wire or hard overhead wire so idk tried everything its works ok for some smaller stuff

Seal on inner bearing came off after half hour of use, copper fragments migrated into bearing, seized up bear, damaged the motor. I asked for a refund and return label, they offered me a new bearing. Terrible product, even worse customer service. I even told them when they refunded me I was going to immediately purchase the model one size bigger, as I thought it will be more robust. Absolutely unacceptable. See picture. Bearings are completely exposed.

My product is not performing properly and I'm still waiting for a refund and a timely response .

Dont waest your money
