I bought this tool and it went missing in shipping. The vevor ai customer service bot spun circles with words and it took me almost a month to get a refund. I then bought the same tool off amazon for 100bucks less and it arrived in 3 days. Vevor, good tools, half price, poor service. I do like the tool thou.

Let me start with saying this company is Fraud and you will lose money if you buy from them. I bought over 10k worth of products and now they don’t care or provide service. In this particular item I bought it for PEX tubing and it doesn’t work for PEX. Description is clearly saying that it is for PEX and copper, now they responded my complaint after a week saying I need to buy new Jaws and I am ready to buy but they can’t tell me which one because they don’t have it. As per their return policy I can return within 30 days and requested return within 30 days but they haven’t responded yet on return and now my 30 days are over. Fraudulently they waited for 30 days to get over. Now my over $1000 tool is useless and I lost $1000. I will never buy VEVOR product again neither recommend to buy one unless you buying from single use and want to waste your money.
