The product melted my battery, customer service takes three or four days, no troubleshooting assistance available. Will not likely purchase anything from your brand again.. which is sad because I have three or four different items at this point. I really hope the others don’t die because it’ll take me a week to get them replaced and God forbid. I have a question that’s not a thing..

Good looking unit, heavy cord, large lugs on the output. Lithium charging cycle works as advertised. Doesn't put out 80 amps, most I've seen is 67 amps. Could be the fault of the 300 AH Lifepo4 battery instead of the converter. Good enough for my needs.

Have never achived more than 60 amps and even on lithium mode at about 70% full batteries itll drop to 20amps or less randomly, yet sometimes full power till near full battery. Would be nice if it really did output 80 amps and time is money when off grid.

had to replace the power cable because it came with the wrong one to connect in canada 80amp one easy job but does not deserve 5 * as for the voltage it work but dont know if it can draw 80 because i only use 15

When charging my 300Ah LiFePO4 battery, it starts at 50A, once the converter warms up it derates even further to 42A. Still not a horrible deal for the price, as long as it lasts. It will not charge as fast as expected though.

Finally delivered on Christmas day, looking forward to hooking it up and seeing how well it works.

So, like I said, this 55amp rv charger only lasted 6 months till it would start going into this on/off loop and stopped charging. It has a 1 year warranty through Vevor. Well, i opened a case and after having to submit videos, pictures, and going back and forth with the most horrible support for 18 days, I finally got a replacement sent. But guess what!!!! They didn't even send me the same thing back. They sent me a charger with LESS amps and it's not even meant for an RV. So i'm still down without a charger. If you want a charger that will work when you need it to and last and don't want the most horrible support in the world, then DO NOT BUY Vevor.
