I bought a 60pt by pelonis. Its nearly twice as big as this "80 pint" and removes twice as much water from the air. I wrote customer service there's no convincing them. Were stuck with a 40pint labeled an 80 pint. Product works well for a 40 pint but the price is the same as all the other 40pints on the market. Should have just bought another 60 pint from pelonis. Not very happy with vevor havent bought anything more since.

Small, quiet, and good-looking, but a 35-pint dehumidifier needs to pull 35 pints a day, not a week! There’s plenty of humidity in the air where it’s placed. I bought another 35-pint unit from a different brand and it works great. You get what you pay for with this one. Only suitable for a very small room—it couldn't handle my small-to-medium living room. Do not buy.

Low noise during the work, that's a plus. But it takes abnormally long time (days and days and it feels like forever) to reduce the humidity of 800 sq ft basement. Plus, the drain pipe is very small and short and the power cable is short too, making it less portable than expected. And although the drain pipe was attached, in few days I had unexpected alert that the water tank was full. Apparently some water managed to drip into the tank from the connection, as connector is basically not being held by anything. So - rather disappointed with the purchase.

I replaced an older 25 pint dehumidifier with this one. It does not work as well as the old one. It is supposed to have a higher capacity than my old unit, but it does not.

It failed to provide effective dehumification in a 240 square foot space. Very disappointed in the product but kudos to Vevor for its customer service response. The product is one star, the customer service is 5 star. I have been happy with other items I bought from Vevor. This was the first customer service issue I had and, based on how Vevor handled it, I will confidently buy from them again.

I do not think I would buy this again. Matter fact, I will probably be returning. I previously Had a 50 pint dehumidifier that stopped working. I thought this one was slightly bigger so I went with it.. however it is actually a much smaller unit and the collection bin is tiny. It fills up very fast so unless you’re changing it constantly throughout the day, you will not get 52 pints.. additionally, the way it is designed the water fills too high up to the top and there’s virtually no way of taking it out without spilling it. The controls are hard to do. They are not very responsive. To empty it you also have to spend it around and take it out the back and there is no handle.. compared to my previous one this is very much inferior.

Dehumidifier works well. But the auto draining feature has not worked at all. Every Attempt to elevate, reposition the drain tube, elevating the dehumidifier well above the drain and every thing else I could possibly think of nothing has worked. The dehumidifier shuts itself off when it's failed as it should, but I cannot get it to drain.auto drain
