This unit was dead on arrival. Unit comes on but does not dehumidify at all. Hasn't produced a single drop of water. Meanwhile the humidity in my home continued to rise. Attempted to deal with support. Was told someone would help me withing 48 hours which never happened. Then, when trying to initiate the return/refund I was told someone would reach out to me within 24 hours. Got to be kidding me. Guess we'll see...

Huge mistake. This product is useless. Customer service horrible. Never again buying from this store.

This is a very small unit it is only 1.13 gallon capacity and they sell it as a 52 pint capacity..I contacted vevor and they only had short answers for me and would always say its a 52 pint but this is definitely not 52 pint so I would suggest that you do not purchase this unit because it is only 1.13 gallon capacity size.

Not working

This dehumidifier came to me damaged during shipping. I contacted Vevor immediately for a refund , and this is where the jack around started . It took 1 1/2 week before they agreed to a full refund of my money . They kept making low ball offers to me on my refund to settle . Buyer be ware when purchasing from Vevor .

This was a horrible experience! They lost my order and then took 3 weeks to confirm it was missing after many emails. When they agreed to refund, the refund has yet to arrive after 3 weeks!

It's a 35 pintes. Too expensive for that.

Pire cochonnerie que j'ai jamais acheter. ÇA NE FONCTIONNE PAS. Installer dans un de mes garages d'environ 450 pieds carrés , l'humidité était alors a 65% 2 hrs plus tard 64%, j'ai tout essayer et rien a faire. Je contacte la compagnie, ils m'offrent escompte fde 70$, je refuse, 24 hrs plus tard une autre offre de 200$ de rabais, je refuse en leurs disant que leurs déshumidificateur ne fonctionne pas et tout ce que je veux est de le retourner. Ils ont créditer l'appareil au complet et ils ne m'ont pas demander de le retourner et de le garder. J'aurais du lire lire sur Reddit avant de l'acheter, pas mal tout les gros morceaux qu'ils vendent sont de la cochonnerie.

So most dehumidifiers work between 41-90 degrees. They claim this works to be "up to 35 pints at 95 degrees". That's out of the normal ideal range by most manufacturers. NO where on this dehumidifier says 35 pints. It actually only says 24 pints. Talk about misleading. If you need 35 pint go up a size. This thing runs nonstop and can't drop the humidity a percent.

Pressed on button nothing………contacted immediately crickets impossible to connect with an actual human The most horrible customer service imaginable one month later still unresolved will never purchase from this company again
