A major weld broke during the second day of use. I will get it re welded and continue to use it in the future..

Works good only thing so far is bolt holding loop and hook seems to be separating think that is the only weak spot so far

Hooked up to a boom and used it to move some fallen trees, but the claws don't work well with smaller trees since the points are at the wrong angle. The newer ones with serrations may have been a better fit for my needs, but I thought the bar stock would hold up better than the flat steel.

Its good but hard to open little big but over all good

I previously had two single grapples which I affixed to the ends of my front end loader bucket. I lost one of the grapples, and couldn’t find the same size, so this looked like a reasonable replacement. However, it is not well designed—it pivots, so trying to use the grapple to create a deck of logs for my mill it’s hard to get the logs parallel to add to the deck. Also, having two grapples so close together is a head scratcher—it basically can’t do anything a single grapple can. After buying a bunch of additional hardware I was able to create an effective extension of about a foot, which helps some but is far inferior to the 60” bucket grapple-at-each-end system in terms of log control. The extra hardware cost almost as much as the grapple. Then I found my lost single grapple, so this thing has gone to the back of my shop and probably won’t get used again.
