Unfortunately when I was trying to pull my first log with my tractor, the log twisted and bent the hook immediately and it was definitely under the maximum weight for use

Very difficult to use unless you hire a second person to guide it on and release it.

First time I used this it bent up and became unusable! I picked up a 14” pine log @ 8 ft long and the tongs basically folded! I would do more research or spend a bit more for a better built brand!

I haven't received the log tongs. They were paid for and shipped, but I have yet to see them. I have reached out to your customer service several times and haven't had any answers. I either want my money back or send me the log tongs I ordered!

Delivered somewhere else. The delivery picture is CLEARLY NOT MY HOUSE. Customer service is impossible to deal with. Out the cost of the purchase and my hands are tied.

Tongs do not open when unit dropped on log, not as depicted in videos. Eyelet atop that you can allegelly connect to a chain is far to small to fit a chain actually. Not a real chain anyway. Would love to return this useless piece of equipment gathering cobwebs in my shop. Junk Chinese stuff not made to any decent specs.
